GoPro VR Plugins with Premier Pro 2017

Hi all

Can anyone point me to step by step information on how to use the GoPro VR Plugins in (Adobe) Premiere Pro (PP)? Cant find anything specific on the Kolor site and i'm really a PP novice. I'm trying to use 4K footage from Insta 360 One, which i can get into PP no probs but not sure what to do next...any tips much appreciated, thanks in advance

Check on YouTube - there are plenty of tutorials.
