slow and freezes in 10.13 High Sierra Safari

Hello, sorry for my bad English. I have MacBook 12 with Mac OS 10.13 High Sierra installed on it.

I'm using Safari 11.0 (13604.1.38.1.6) to browse any panotour tours and it's runs very slowly with freezes and slow frames per second (all tours with Panotour compiled) especially with livepano.

all other tours compiled in simple krpano works fine in safari (example:
http://www.sanatoriysochi.ru/videospot/ ... /index.php )

and all tours (Panotour and simple krpano) works fine in a chrome browser.

Today I have visited local Apple Store and try open tours in Safari on Different MacBooks like Pro 15, Pro 13 and 12 both installed 10.13 High Sierra

All tours have freezes and runs slowly too on every showroom laptop.

In my home iMac with installed Mac OS 10.12 Sierra all works fine and on my MacBook all works fine before I updated my OS to 10.13 High Sierra.

How can I fix speed of my tours which I created while opening they in Safari at 10.13 Mac OS high Sierra?

They don't even bother replying to support threads anymore... Panotour is lost...

two month ahead, current version Mac OS is 10.13.2, Safari version 11.0.2 (13604.4.7.1.6), everything is slowly, plz look: https://a-b63.ru/about/3d-tour/

in a Chrome or Firefox or in 10.12 Sierra runs perfectly. What I need to do? anybody else have this issue?
