Export to PTV files

by SlavikusAstana » Fri Jan 26, 2018 7:00 am

I use the Panotour Pro for Windows. After I completely do the project, I make code changes in the index_core.xml and index_skin.xml files. How to export to PTV file including my excuses? Is it possible? Thanks.

Hi.. What you might like to try is... You will need to download BetterZip.. Buy it, its worth it...

Export as a PTV file..

Also create your VR Tour..

Edit your xml code in any coding app and save the changes in your Tour xml folders.. Test your Tour with the xml edited code using the Green Button in PTP, "Preview Last Tour", do not rebuild or you will loose your editing or you can use the KRPANO Testing Sever.. If it all works, copy the edited XML files from your Tour, then using BetterZip PREVIEW the folder contents, DO NOT EXTRACT, past your edited xml files into it to replace the built VR Tour xml codes retaining all naming as they are. You do not have to save..

Test...

Hello and welcome to the forum,

You'll have to edit the ptv file to add your edits.

Another option is to just not use PTV since it's only a testing tool. :)

Many thanks. I shoot building sites at different shooting dates, from the same locations, and in addition to the gps of tags, I take an Apple tablet with me in order to accurately navigate where I took the picture last time, because I have objects for shooting more than 30, it is hard to remember them all. Here is a sample of my work http://foto360.kz/vtour/promenade/
