Frame rate

by robinripper » Wed Aug 03, 2016 11:38 pm

How is it possible that if I render out with different frame rates the video file size is the same?

I rendered at 120/60/30 fps and the filesize remains almost the same, also the quality seems very similar although the 60fps and 120fps seem to shock a bit more even. (I used material filmed in 80fps).

Shouldn't the 60fps file be twice as big as the 30 fps file?

Hello,

You must also change the bitrate to get a video file with a different size.

Kind regards,
Olivier
