Fisheye issue

Hi,
I've been using fisheye lenses but I'm having some very strange issues using fisheye lenses and 'mixed lenses' setting to stitch. I use the same rig, but kolor stitches it differently at times. This is an issue I started having recently and seemingly out of nowhere.
It seems to not be sure what exactly is part of the fisheye image and what is black.

The original footage:

stitched result:

single camera view showing black on the side and 'missing' information on the right:

The exact same configuration (shot 5 minutes before) also gave this result:

But that also has a black edge but was able to stitch around it:

(the same camera 2 has a diff 'cut' from the footage here: http://i.imgur.com/SDbWo2T.png)

And I have tried loading the same footage a few times in kolor and sometimes it seems to get the full camera information and sometimes it grabs a bit of the blackness/darkness.

Any clue on how I can fix this/what is causing this?

If I reload the same footage multiple times it will pick different points. It seems to do that at random.
