Hi.. You would benefit by capturing several Exposure Value shots.. I capture in values of 2+/- but one might be enough.. At least 3 shots.. I capture 5.. Then use Photomatix to fuse the images into one to create High Dynamic Range images. Or you can use EnfuseGUI to create a Fused image, which is free.. Or you can use APG but you might have issues, depending on your computing power.. If you are capturing the images on a hand held rig, you will need a remote.. If you need more exposures than your camera can handle you can use a Promote Control unit..
As it was previously said, you can enhance colors with HDR editing. Ideally you need to have 3 images, but if you have only one it's also ok. I'd recommend to apply tone mapping https://aurorahdr.com/what-is-tone-mapping to make the tree brighter.
