problems with pano images mixed

by Mandytpb » Wed Nov 15, 2017 5:15 pm

Hi,

I'm having problems with Autopano 4.4 stitching a narrow corridor for a 360 tour. It's managed to do one of the panos in the corridor but not the other one and I was wondering if there were some settings or something I could do to help it stitch it.

The rest of the panos have stitched fine in others rooms but the equipment is Canon 600d, Sigma 8mm fisheye, Nodal Ninja mk2. Have used this set up for 5 years so I know it works. But I'm new to Autopano 4.4.1

Could somebody have a look and see if there's anything I can do as I say it managed another pano further along the corridor.

Thanks for any help

Mandy

The problem is that there is not enough detail in the wall of the corridor and no control points are detected (None between images # 1 and # 2 and some wrongs in the others).
The solution, manually remove the wrong control points and force the creation of them where they are missing.

Oh great thank you for your help.

As I said I'm new to Autopano would I find how to move the control points in some documentation? or are there videos on it?

Thanks
Mandy

Hello,

What you can do is to select Layout: Single row or column in Group settings menu, then Detect ;)
Also, take care about the parallax by setting the nodal point properly.

Cheers,
Olivier

You can take a look at this ...

...And search youtube for "autopano control points editor"
