Installation of AutopanoPro 4.4 RC1 fails on Debian

Hi,

I tried to install AutopanoPro 4.4 RC1 on Debian Testing (Stretch) and it fails with the following error:

Hello,

Can you try to use the .tar.gz package instead and let us know? We only test the software on Ubuntu.

If I have time, I try it tonight.

The reason for this problem could be that I also have the stable version of AutopanoPro (4.2.3) installed. See this post: https://raphaelhertzog.com/2011/07/18/d ... -dpkg-new/

If I have time tonight, I will try to purge the old version and install the RC1 again to see if this solves the problem.
