Re: moving camera, not panning

Hi, The test with the table and the objects can work ... but ... ... only if each object appears whole in at least one photo. In this way the sewing lines can be established in the spaces between the objects (Automatically, manually by means of the mask tool in Autopano or in extreme case it will be...

Re: moving camera, not panning

Hi, I'm glad you keep a good memory of your visit to Barcelona. Your # 4. I do not think there's any problem. The image is just that, an image, and therefore reproducible. The illusion is created in the brain of the observer. The observation conditions are another thing. Optical illusions depend on ...

Re: moving camera, not panning

The short answer is yes ... Then things get complicated. Only a satisfactory result will be possible if certain conditions are met. 1 # That the photographed subject to be flat, two-dimensional. If they have a third dimension in direction to the camera, parallax errors will be generated and this wil...

Re: PANORMA SPLITTING THE RIGHT SIDE OFF

The truth is that I do not know what can cause the problem.
Without being able to see the images and the xml file, I can not imagine what could happen.
And there are 680 images!

Re: REMOVING DISTORTION

Hi Charlie,

I'm afraid that what you want to achieve is not possible.
The flat projection is not useful beyond about 120 degrees of visual field and physically impossible when it approaches 180.

See: http://www.cambridgeincolour.com/tutori ... ctions.htm

I'm sorry to bring bad news,
Jordi

Re: PANORMA SPLITTING THE RIGHT SIDE OFF

Hi Charlie What happens is that Autopano tries to create a 360º image and Autopano orientates the image by putting the first image in the center. What you can do in this case is to use the "Yaw, pitch & Roll" tool for move the image a few degrees (30, 45 or 60º) to the left, then you c...

Re: problems with pano images mixed

The problem is that there is not enough detail in the wall of the corridor and no control points are detected (None between images # 1 and # 2 and some wrongs in the others). The solution, manually remove the wrong control points and force the creation of them where they are missing. Z44.80-4[IMG_94...

Re: Gigapixel pano: Gaps in the sky

As you say it is more than likely to be a problem due to the movement of the clouds. When I have faced similar problems in the sky my solution (and it has worked well) has been to place the images by means of move tool, in your case # 23 and # 61 slightly to the right, and # 24 and # 62 to the left,...

Re: Stacks [SOLVED]

If you are annoyed by the stacking of images, you can change the default operation of Autopano to "Never create stacks".

NoStack_01.jpg

After Autopano reboot the automatic behavior will be this.

Re: Spherical panorama with sky Nadir

In the panorama editor window you must select "move tool" (1) and "move images" (2) ("Do not select "panorama" #3) Then locate the images that you want to move and with Ctrl + Click select them (4) Now you can move them in a single block and without losing their re...

Re: Spherical panorama with sky Nadir

You are right, the three images of the sky do not cover the hole (they completely overlap between them) and not even dragging them manually out of the relative position between them are enough to close the panorama. You should experiment to find a pattern for the shots from the ground so that you ca...

Re: Stiching errors in AP Pro - Canon T2i with Rokinon 8mm F [SOLVED]

Basically what I've done is a bit of manual work # 1 I've charged the images in Autopano, except image 8 (images 8 and 9 are redundant) # 2 After adjusting the focal length for the lens and setting that it is a Fish Eye (in the image properties) ...launch detection ... # 3 In the control point edito...
