Build Crashes

by ryanspooner » Wed Jul 11, 2018 4:04 pm

Hello,

When building a tour the program crashes, it was previously made in 2.3.2 and now we are using 2.5.9, this did build once, it has only recently it has stopped working.

We tried clearing the cache file for the project and built it in a new location however this did not help. I also noticed it stopped on a particular pano but removing this made no difference.

Crash report was submitted with the Email: Ryan.spooner@arup.com

Any help is greatly appreciated

The crash occurs in an Intel library managing data compression when allocating the needed space to read your images.

What you can do is to change the temporary directory set for Panotour Pro or to clear/empty the current one.
And of course verify that you have enough disk space available on your machine.

If working with an empty temporary directory does not fix the issue, then try to change the memory settings of Panotour Pro :

PS:
And you should also very that the driver of your graphical card is up-to-date

Hi,

We have assessed our save location and checked the settings (please see attached screen shot). The temporary directory was changed and made sure we had enough space, also we have made sure there is enough memory. We have also checked the graphics card driver is up to date and unfortunately we are still getting the crash.

We have submitted another crash report.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Regards
