Embed my tour into realestate.com.au

by Deano_90 » Wed Jun 13, 2018 12:14 pm

Hi There,

I was just looking for a bit of help to work out how to successfully embed my tour into Realestate.com.au listings properly.

Here is my Virtual Tour:
http://captureproperty.com.au/360tours/ ... leySt.html

Here is the listing page where I want my tour to go into:
https://www.realestate.com.au/property- ... -128570642

It comes up as an external link to the virtual tour, Instead it is supposed to come up in the image carousel like this listing:
https://www.realestate.com.au/property- ... -128559470

The above link is using a tour maker called Virtual Tours Creator, which turns out is on a supported list for realestate.com.au.

Here is what I have found:
https://help.realestate.com.au/hc/en-us ... 6-3D-tours

How can I get it to work properly on realestate.com.au?

Please help!

On this page, if you do what it's written in the section : Adding the 3D tour to your listing
Scroll down to Links and enter the 3D tour URL to the Online Tour 1 field

And if you enter this URL : http://captureproperty.com.au/360tours/ ... leySt.html

Does it works ?

Hi Gérald,

Thanks for your reply.
Yes, that is where we have entered the link.
It is coming up as external link instead

Update:
After contacting realestate.com.au about the issue, this is their response:

Thank you for contacting Customer Care.

To embed a link for a 360 tour, please ensure the link is a Youtube link. I've provided a super handy article below that gives great insight on your query, please have a read through for more information:

Videos and 3D tours in the photo carousel

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reply. Have a lovely afternoon.
Kind regards,
Rebecca
