The address of the file is as follows:
file: / / / C: / Users / Emili / Desktop / ProjectBorgo / view%% 20hotspot 20tre/officina.html

2) I create a hotspot HTML.

3) Coatruisco the tour.

4) The result is this:

What's wrong?

Re: Problem with HotSpot HTML

Hi Galatea... You have some broken links/addresses.. All you need to do is close up all the gaps or put a _ or - between the spaces in your urls. By default a "%20" will make up the gap but in this case it will not go to the address, as a consequence your error message shows this..

In shot, "NO SPACES IN LINKS" wink

Re: Problem with HotSpot HTML

Hi again.. I noticed that the full url address above shows your html file to be located on your HD.. You will have to upload to a remote location or provide this address as the html location if not on your own server file address....Its looking for it... as well as its broken...

Re: Problem with HotSpot HTML

The URL should be a simple relative URL; that is relative to the main tour files.

You must upload it separately to your Web server.

The HTML field can only include rather simple HTML - see krpano documentation about this:

http://krpano.com/plugins/textfield/

Can you show us the content of your HTML file perhaps someone will spot the problem.

Re: Problem with HotSpot HTML

Your source code for your url is:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">
<html><head><meta content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1" http-equiv="content-type"><title>officinadue</title></head><body><a href="http://www.l-officina.net/"><img style="border: 2px solid ; width: 638px; height: 335px;" alt="" src="http://viewcity.altervista.org//images/officina.png" align="left"></a>
  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>
</body></html>

Put a / after <br> so its <br/>

Re: Problem with HotSpot HTML

emm.. what a pain.. Unless I actaully upload a test, it will not work on a local drive.. All your links work ok, they open as separate urls.. So, its just a matter of getting your content to open in your pano.. You realise it might not be compatible... There are many restrictions in html but its a bit more than that... The content on this url looks like its remote too... src="http://www.viewcity.altervista.org/images/officina.png"

Can you change this to just    images/officina.png    and make sure you have an 'image' folder with this png in it...

Try that... It might be due to the fact that you have a remote image content folder... Not really sure..

Destiny...

Yes.. I see it also has a link     a href="http://www.l-officina.net/
