Hello,

I verified all the download links, they are all working correctly.
Which OS version of PTP did you want to download ?

Gérald

I am using Ubuntu 11.04-64bit and Firefox 10.02 (still not working).
But I installed Opera now and I could download the tar file.

Thanks.

Hi all,

I'm also having a hard time downloading the current release. I tried from Lion + Firefox 10 (blank page), Lion + Safari 5 (blank page), Windows XP + Firefox 8 (blank page), Windows XP + IE8 (returns HTTP 500).

The address it tries to download from is http://download.kolor.com/pt/stable/macleopard or http://download.kolor.com/apg/stable/macleopard.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Regards,

I have no problems downloading Panotour or Panotour Pro using Windows XP 32-bit and Firefox 10.0.2.

Interesting. I just updated to Firefox 10.0.2 on Windows XP 32-bit and still get a blank page. Firefox has no plug-ins active. Windows is fully up2date. IE8 still gives me an HTTP error 500. Just did a fresh download and installation of Opera on Win XP. Also gives me a blank page.

Tried also on a completely different PC running Vista 32-bit. IE9 also displays HTTP error 500. FF 10.0.2 on Vista displays the blank page.

Tried 7 combinations to no avail. Houston... at least I have a problem. ;-)

Thanks.

No proxy on my end. Not sure if my provider has one in place.

I also tried to deactivate my firewall temporarily. Didn't help either.

Hi all,

I downloaded the files from a different Internet connection where it indeed worked. It seems indeed that it's related to my provider. Still I'm not sure what I can do to workaround the issue next time. So if anyone has an idea I'm open for suggestions.

Thanks.

Regards,
Uli

Same issue as last time. Only that now it won't work with any of the browsers (firefox, opera, safari) or OS (linux, mac).
And there is also no proxy in between. I tried wget and got the following result:

wget -A gz http://download.kolor.com/ptp/stable/linux64tar/
--2012-03-23 16:48:22-- http://download.kolor.com/ptp/stable/linux64tar/
Resolving download.kolor.com... 62.210.197.130
Connecting to download.kolor.com|62.210.197.130|:80... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 500 Internal Server Error
2012-03-23 16:48:23 ERROR 500: Internal Server Error.

I have contacted the internet provider in the meantime. Their comment is, that it should be working ...

Any suggestions to narrow the root cause?

Hi all,

For the Mac users:
• Try to find the SpeedDownload Browser app in your Spotlight, then uninstall it
• If you don't find it, check the following paths and remove the files related to SpeedDownload:
~/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/SpeedDownload Browser Plugin.plugin
~/Library/Contextual Menu Items/SpeedDownload CMM.plugin
~/Library/InputManagers/SpeedDownload Enhancer

Hope it will help you.
