hi together,

i´m in my account on kolor.com. in my updates i can see that im able to download the panotour 1.5 for free.
every time i click on "Commander" this message is showing:

can anybody help me? whats the failure? ich think its a bug in magento.

Hi,
sorry for this inconvenience, we can't do anything : the website http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/api/checkVatPort?wsdl is in under maintenance. I tried to fill in your VAT number but I got the same problem... Now you need to try later.... We will check how to solve the problem with this validator (that is not under our control)

i´m sorry. today there was a new error. something with smarty, i dont know.

now i log in my account and i have the key for panotour mac, but i need it for win.
i dont know what happend.

can you help me?

Is that the problem ?

yes, i think thats the problem. but i want to use the software on windows and i´ve only have the key for mac.
or is it the same for both?
