Fisheyes: crop circle used = focal length changed

by GURL » Mon Aug 10, 2009 8:08 pm

When a crop circle is used to restrict the used area in fisheye source images this is reflected by a longer focal length being displayed in the images properties window. This can disturb users: when they adjust the crop circle and latter look at the images properties they can believe something wrong hapenned (:o the actual focal length of their fisheye did not change.)

An indication of that could be included in http://www.autopano.net/wiki-fr/action/view/Propriétés_des_images
