Can I place videos to play in VR mode too? like on a TV screen?
No need to interact, just autoplay

Hello it's possible. Should work on the first scene. For other a touch can be required.
VR on mobile (iOS, Android, Samsung VR), standalone headset (Oculus Go) or desktop PC (Vive/Oculus) ?

So a touch can/must be required for some videos.
It depends of the OS and browser.

If I use the Panoviewer?
Can I start videos same way that I change panos?
Can I place hotspots to be actvated when stare at it like change panos?

PanotourViewer has no impact on that. In fact depending of your system and OS, it will use the default base browser or a selected one.
The tour is the same, just used as an archive by a local webserver.
