Hello, I know there are lot of limitations when you need to play VIDEO in VR mode.
I have found that MUTED video can be played in VR without user need to touch the screen to start:
1. set up muted video, uncheck "Pause other sounds when video is playing" 2. add BACKGROUND SOUND (from that video as .mp3) in that scene where the Video is.
So, if you go in VR mode, muted video will be shown up with background sound.
Thats how I have override an issue with VIDEO in VR mode listed here and here.
Does that work for video scenes that aren't the first scene of your project?
If it's the first scene then the intermediary screen when entering VR Mode counts as the user interaction for that first video to start, but the rest still need user interaction.
It's a general mobile limitation that videos with soundtrachs and sounds (spots, background sounds) can not autoplay on mobile, since your videos are muted it looks like they can play, and I don't think background sound needs "reactivating" in new scenes.
I'll have to give it a few tests, but it could be an interesting workaround for some cases, but it would only stay a workaround, we can't do anything about the mobile limitations themselves.
