Different Interfaces for Each Device Problem

by thouchugz » Mon May 08, 2017 4:32 am

Hello,
I had this working before but I had to update the tour and publish it again. When I updated, I used the build tour option and then went back into the index.html and repasted the option two java script to redirect a user depending on the device they are using. Unfortunately, it isn't working now. The link to my tour only generates a blank webpage now. I have attached my index.html to this post.

I copied and pasted the java from http://www.kolor.com/wiki-en/action/vie ... nt_devices
It has worked before and I am not sure why it isn't working now.

Thanks for your help.

Can you share the link to your tour?

Thank you for the link.

I opened the tour with the browser's developer tools open, which indicated there's an error in some syntax errors in the linebreaks, so try removing them.

Have you edited the html file in any other way other than that code?
It also looks like you replaced some code, at least I don't see that part in your HTML when comparing to an unedited html file , maybe you accidentally replaced this section when pasting in the redirection code?

In your html file you skip straight to function accessWebVr(){ unloadPlayer();
