PDF plugin opens to website

by 360TourProductions » Sun Mar 05, 2017 12:47 am

I have a strange problem that just started recently. It may have something to do with my hosting service, but thought I should check here first. I've made several tours in the past with pdf plugins and everything worked fine, but that's no longer the case.

Now when I make a tour with a pdf plugin, it opens to my weebly website instead of the pdf. Looks okay in the preview but once the tour is uploaded and published, it trades the pdf for my website.

This new problem is also affecting older tours that were working just fine a couple months ago.
To see in example, check out: http://360tourproductions.com/Star.of.I ... .Tour.html and click on the menu button in the lower left corner.

Appreciate the advice in advance,

Hi.. Well, if they were working with older Tours but now they are not.. The issue must be where they are hosted.... Something must have changed.. I would suggest you ask your ISP..

PS.. Which pano has the PDF...

Well the first thing I'd like to point out, before I even have a look at the xml or issue is that you should never have periods in file names, which can cause issues depending on browsers, servers or even software. If you want spaces in your filename use - or _ instead.

Now, about your issue:
It was fixed in PTP 2.5.6, you need to un-check the deactivate the PDF web interface using the pdf viewer of that version.
