Windows 10 upgrade - Panotour Pro not working

I have just upgraded to Windows 10. I noted on your system requirements page that it says Panotour Pro is windows 10 ready. After the upgrade I launched Panotour Pro 2.3.2 64bit and initially it loaded correctly. However whenever I try to do anything it crashes immediately and closes. I tried launching the Panotour Pro 2.5 beta 4 version and it won't even load without crashing.

Can you tell me if there is anything I need to do to get Panotour Pro to work with Windows 10?

If not is this a known issue and is there any resolution being worked on and to what timescale?

An update...

I just tried starting a new project and it allowed me to start the project and to import the panoramas. The crash occurred immediately after I clicked on one of the panorama thumbnails.

I tried it a few times and the issue occurs at exactly the same point each time.

Hi

Can someone from Kolor please respond to this request for help.

I have various tours waiting to be built and I don't know how to proceed with this until I get a reply.

Do I need to revert back to windows 7 or do you know how to fix this issue?

I am using PtP 2.5 both on my desktop and on my laptop with Windows 10 (upgraded from Windows 7 professional and premium respectively). All Kolor software works fine here. Maybe it is a hardware incompatibility or driver problem?

Graphical drivers are up-to-date ?
Issue on the 2 systems (desktop and laptop) ?

My drivers are up to date and I do not have any issues now. When I first installed Windows 10 on the desktop I did have problems with the Nvidia card drIver but that has been solved.
