Hi there

I'm trying to upload a video but for three times it failed...

Could you please tell me what's wrong with it?

Also, that will be a good idea to attach the problem to the email you sent when a video is failed to upload. I mean, some extra information about why it failed.

Hi,

What software did you use for your rendering? Did you add any metadata "by hand"?

The video has a lot of renders, but it plays ok on Kolor Eyes for desktop (on Mac), and (with proper 360º metadata) on YouTube.

And no, no metadata is put 'by hand'. This is the video with no 360º metadata for YouTube...

Hey!

Frame rate mode : Variable
Frame rate : 29.708 fps
Original frame rate : 30.000 fps
Minimum frame rate : 10.000 fps
Maximum frame rate : 30.000 fps

This is your problem. We cannot deal with a variable framerate as many other encoders.
