Sony Vegas to Render Videos

by rruiz » Thu May 15, 2014 4:58 am

Does someone use Sony Vegas Pro to render videos for Panotour ?
I have read on manual that the video files need to be *.mp4, *.m4v, *.flv, *.webm, *.ogg, *.ogv

Please help me because I can´t find what settings for the "Render As... " is the best for Panotour.

Thanks anticipated

Roberto

Re: Sony Vegas to Render Videos

When I try to render my project with the Mainconcept AVC/AAC with Internet HD 720p template Sony Vegas 11 tells the following error:
AN ERROR OCURRED WHILE CREATING THE MEDIA FILE
THE REASON FOR THE ERROR COULD NOT BE DETERMINED

My source propperties are: HD 1080-60i (1920x1080, 29.970 fps) Windows 7 64 bits

My error is because my source is 60i and the render required is 60p.

Problem resolved within Sony Vegas with the following sugestion from a guy from SV11 forum (atom12):
... in the Render As dialog box select your template, click customize, and look for the Encode Mode dropdown box near the bottom that probably now says "Automatic" and change that to "Render with CPU only." That's usually the problem behind that error message.
Also if your source is 60i, make sure you have some type of deinterlacing selected in Project Properties. Either Blend or Interpolate, not None ...

Regards
