[SOLVED] How to display FullScreen button on iPad ?

by oreuter » Sun Mar 16, 2014 4:41 pm

Hello

Why does the FullScreen button disappear when then visit is seen on iPad ??

In the xml file , I tried to change the "devices" options but it doesn't work.

Very annoying when the visit is embeded in a part on the html page .

Clients become hangry at the end , because some 'old' features have been changed or are not working !!

Please help !!

Because not all features are properly supported in fullscreen mode on some mobile platforms with the HTML5 viewer.

Why not giving the chance to use fullscreen , if I know which feature is not supported .

My visit is so simple , no video , no text fields , nothing special .

And I'm afraid I'll loose clients ....
