Autopano Crash after editing of detected panorama.

by jbohac » Sun Feb 16, 2014 10:56 pm

Hello,

I have updated my Computer (NTB Lenovo T400) from Windows XP to Windows 7. Until now, I don´t have any Problems wit Autopano Pro over several years. After the Update to Win 7 I run in Problems - Autopano Pro crashes, when I try to edit a panorama:

I can reproduce my error every-time:

  • Open Autopano Pro
  • Chose two pictures an run "Detect" - "Start/Stop detection"
  • Autopano Pro detectes panorama and creates one new Group
  • Open the new panorama (Group) with "Edit" - "Edit Panorama"
  • When I now close the window with these new Group (I don´t have to change anything), programm crashes - Windows Error-Dialog with "Programm is not responding" is shown and after aprox. 5 seconds the whole Programm is closed.

Autopano Pro: Autopano Pro 3.0.8, 32 bit (I have the same Problem with 64bit Version too)
My configuration: Lenovo T400, Windows 7 SP1 64bit, 8 GB RAM

Did you try to disable GPU in the software ?
My first guess is GPU driver issue.
