merci !

Try using the header and footer plugins along with other UI elements.

Thank you Mediavets, but if I want an header or footer which take all the width of the screen whatever the screen (Ipad, computer, IPhone...): what size do I have to choose ?

You could perhaps construct a composite header/footer using several Image zone plugins? With a header/footer background at 100% width.

Create one which is a bit bigger bigger than you need and set - as Andrew already said - 100%.
It will be scaled by displaying.

My biggest screen is 2560x1600px - Apple 30" Cinema-Display. So when you use this size for your header it will be
ok up to this size - and i will be ok on smaller sizes.

Setting 100% and viewing on bigger screens leads to blowing up your Photoshop creation - that´s not so good if
it´s pixel-data.
