Hi,

When posting a tour on Facebook with the app Static HTML the full screen only works in IE.
In Google Chrome and Firefox the full screen does not function.
Please help!

Regards,

Synaps

Hi,

Fullscreen HTML5 API need the allowfullscreen attribute to serve fullscreen from an iframe. This attribute must be added into the <iframe> tag.

IE10 and less display a fallback fullscreen which work but which is not able to display HTML5 plugins as panotourMaps, FloorPlan, panoramaMenu, socialShare or all the viewers.

The strange thing is that we used the allowfullscreen attribute in the iframe but still
full screen isn't working! We used the classic toolbar and could there be
a problem with the .xml?

It seems there is no allowfullscreen attribute with Static HTML Plus FB application.

I found out that the full screen problem is not only in Facebook but also in an iframe
or lightbox in any website!

We used the classic control bar and there must be a problem with it. We published a
tour on Facebook with a simple button with full screen action and the full screen works.

Kolor i send you serveral mails on this recently and please reply them!
