Hi all,

I asked this question earlier via contact form but got no answer.

I'd like to buy the discounted Panotour Pro 2.0 for 299,- Euros. Since Version 1.17 krpano hasn't got licence files any more but a textcode as licence. In the ordering process of Panotour Pro I'm asked for uploading the two license files - but I just have the text license.

So what do I have to do?

We are working on this issue.
It should be fixed this afternoon (France Time Zone).

It took more time than we thought to upgrade it, but now our system should allow you to enter the new krpano license instead of the 2 old krpano license files;

Hi Gérald,

thanks for your answer.

I can now enter my license but when i press "submit" nothing happens (just the same site is loaded).

May be you did a mistake when copying the license.

No error message was written, that's why "nothing happens".
We just add an error message when the license is not a valid one.

Can you re-try ?

Thanks for your quick reaction.

Indeed, now there was the error message. It was the correct key, copied out of the mail from krpano.

I think, I found the failure: the key in the mail from krpano is divided in four rows, like:

If you copy this code it isnt considered as valid. So I copied the code in a texteditor an removed the line breaks. This "cleaned" code worked!
