Hi there!

I will start from the beginning.
I used a Gigapan head to take the photos, then used Autopano giga to create the panoramas. I then used Panotour Pro 2.0 to build my tour.
I have successfully hosted my tour through a wordpress site.

Now, one of the key reasons I used gigapan was because I had wanted to be able to zoom very far into the tour by scrolling.
With the same file, hosted the same way, with absolutely nothing changed, this sometimes works, and it sometimes does not.
Again, I haven't changed anything.
Any ideas? Could sure use some help.

Can we see the tour please?

What browsers(s) and device(s) have you used to view?

What projection type does you pano image use - spherical or planar?

My understanding is that HTML5 multi-res is not supported for cropped spherical projection images.

Hi mediavets and benj33, thank you for the fast replies.

I am not sure if you will be able to view this site as it is under a temporary server. http://lemp-tst.syr.edu/a-pano-test/
I am using it in Google chrome, and when exporting, I have the devices options checked. It uses spherical, though it was cropped in auto giga.
Does this help?
