Crop settings lost after project restart

by jschrader » Sat Oct 12, 2013 3:47 pm

The crop settings in the hotspot editor are quite handy.
Unfortunately the settings get lost after the project was saved and restarted.
Which is a bit odd as I don't want to reapply these every time to 20+ panoramas of my project that need it.

Oh, and while you are at it: Wouldn't it be possible to also set a limit not only for the vertical pan but also for the horizontal pan?
That way it would be MUCH easier to show just parts of a pano if desired.

You can crop on the H axis if your pano has a HFOV of less than 360.

There is also a 'hack' that will allow you to crop a pano with HFOV on the H axis.

Select the pano then change the pano HFOV value to 359.

Select a different pano then again select the original pano (which you wish to crop) and you see crop handles on the H axis.

Crop, then change Pano FOV value back to 360.

HAHAHA! Very cool.
Now all I need is the hack to make those changes permanent.

Yes it's a referenced feature in our todo list.
