I am not receiving emails for resetting my password. I cannot access my account. I recently purchased Panotour Pro 1.8 and have the coupon for my two license keys, but am unable to register my product. I want to use the software very soon, and it's been almost one week without being able to contact.

Yes, several times! So, neither the site's auto-email-password-reset function, nor the customer-service-contact form seems to produce any results. I couldn't find a telephone number, or I would have made an International call :-) Thanks for your response.

Because I couldn't login to Kolor, I purchased Panotour Pro 1.8 from Gigapan, who forwarded me a "Coupon Key," which I can redeem for two license keys at Kolor. I just can't get anyone to let me in, or communicate with me. Thanks again for your post. Maybe we'll get some attention!! (smile).

I did send you a PM from inside this Forum (because they did Change the Forum Software 2 dys Agon, I dont know if this Feature does work....)
