I use PS5x64 on Windows 7-64 with a Core i7 8 GB computer. When I try to process a 30000 x 8000 16 bit image Neutralhazer will abort PS5 when the progress bar reaches about 55 to 60 % done. The picture can be a tiff, psd or fff file, it originates from a 6x24 cm rollfilm scan with a Flextight X1. I have absolutely no problems with other PS5 filters or plugins on this files with this machine. A machine with more ram won't help. Even the Kolor machines at photokina 2012 couldn't do the job. Is there any solution in sight??? - or is Neutralhazer a "dead programme" with no servicing anymore? Please help! Kind regards, Peter E.
This problem was reported back on 13 August 2013. It is still pending and I am having the same problem and having a wasted time, as I'm processing 16 bit images with Neutralhazer it will abort PS CC as soon as the progress bar reaches about 55 to 60 % done getting a message saying Photoshop is looking foe a solution to this problem, and then just dies. How come that you still selling a program that does not fully work?. Kind regards, Rodrigo
The question is more: how Kolor can continue to sell a plugin that is no more supported ? No update since years (april 2012), some features requested several years ago without any reply (support of 360°, improvement on processing speed...). This software is, I think, definitively dead (early adopters shall be very happy). It's a shame, it was a good idea.
I bought it, used it and was not very happy. I think it's 32bit and hasn't been updated for years. Now I do the dehazing in DXO as a part of the raw developing. Works fine :-) The money for Neutralhazer was wasted :-(
