Problem Error.

by Baldev » Tue Jun 25, 2013 9:59 pm

Hi

Creating my first Panotour for an Artgallery. So please be patient. Im very new in this topic and the programs.

I made a tour with 3 Panos. And with Hotspots for Urls. The first pano is shown in good quality but when I move to the second one I become an Error-Message and the Pano is very low quality.

This is the message:

INFO: Panotour Pro Version 1.8.0
INFO: krpano PT 1.7 (build 2012-02-20)
INFO: Flashplayer WIN 11.7.700.224 PlugIn

ERROR: download of "file:///D:/Bilder f23%BCr Panorama/new/TOUR/build/virtualtourdata/virtualtour1/0/0_2.jpg" failed

what does it mean? How to solve it?Im happy for any help.

Thanks very much.

Hi!
It looks like the panorama viewer cant find all files, is this tour uploaded to a webserver or did you run it from your lokal harddrive? krpano dont like special characters and spaces in its filenames, maybe export the tour to another (short) path like d:\tour.

Ok first I added my Harddrive to the Global Security Settings panel from FLash player. Then the links worked. But still the Panos where verly low quality.

Then I changed the path, just to D:\panotour and everything worked.

Thanks for your help!!!!! mediavets and vklaffehn!

what is an transition?

A visual effect you can apply associated with a hotspot linked to another panorama.
