Panos stopped working

Panos stopped working

We have displayed panos developed with Panotour pro successfully on our wordpress site, using the PanoPress plugin, until all of a sudden two of the older ones have stopped working. No changes have been made to the pano files, or the site, just stopped displaying. Can anyone help please, have made the page temporarily public www.ocuair360.com/afcbournemouth
and would be really grateful if anyone could suggest what has happened. At the moment the webhost is blaming the plugin, which hasn't changed.

Check the file access permission settings on the server, the errors that are shown are:

"The HTTP 403 Forbidden client error status response code indicates that the server understood the request but refuses to authorize it.

This status is similar to 401, but in this case, re-authenticating will make no difference. The access is permanently forbidden and tied to the application logic (like an incorrect password)."
