Registration failed

Just bought a new PT 2.5 licence, applied along with my registering email, software display ..." registered to <my mail>" but it still run in demo mode.

I am trying to edit a tour that has been initiated in demo mode bit I think it shouldn't make any difference.
Btw, is the forum the only official product support?

SOLVED !
I had to save to project with another filename, re-open it, elaborate and publish and all went fine.
Just spend some time
