Hi there,

We have a panotour pro license but have some issues.
If you open the VR mode on desktop and you look around with the mouse the screen jumps back to the start point.
So you can't turn 360 degrees around.

Does anyone know the solution?

Hello and welcome to the forum,

The desktop VR Mode (when not viewed with an HMD) is only a testing environment and is not necessarily a faithful representation of the actual VR Mode behaviour. Have you tested the tour on mobile, or in a desktop HMD?

Without HMD.
On mobile it is indeed working perfectly.
But we also want to make it work on desktop.

Well as I said the behaviour will be different with an HMD. In the desktop mode without HMD it's a testing environment which can be finicky.

I see thanks.

Also another question:
Is it possble to skip the settings on mobile? when you enter VR mode you get the thumbnail and when you click on that the settings automatically open. Because the set-up is fine.

I find that the new Windows 10 Microsoft Edge Browser works fine in VR mode. Chrome has the problem you describe.
