Crash report when starting Panotour Pro

Crash report when starting Panotour Pro

Hi everyone, I am on a company network and need to use Panotour Pro. We have the key and downloaded the software but when starting it we are prompt with a crash report before even being able to enter the key... Has anyone had this issue? Screenshot attached

Have you consulted our Troubleshooting page? ... _Solutions

1) Have you tried uninstalling the software, restarting your computer then downloading the installer afresh and instaling PTP again?
2) Is your graphics card up to date? (try uninstalling the driver and reinstalling)
3) In your PTP's installation folder (usually C:\Program Files\Kolor\Panotour Pro 2.5) can you find a file namedclosure-library.rcc ?
