Control function to Move to specific Panorama

by pDiem » Wed Feb 01, 2017 2:25 pm

Hey guys,#

is there any controlpad style, that allows users to jump from any panorama to a specific one?

Like I want to have something lie the widely known "Home" Button, just for more than one panorama.

For Example:

I want to enable my users to jump to Frontdesk or Shop XY or similar, wherever they are in my tour.

I know that I could build something like that using a few plugins and CSS/HTML. But is there already a preset?

Thanks!

I'm not aware of any controlpad modifications that would offer this option.
There is a way to always go to one specific target pano using the "startscene"-feature of the controlpad: when you re-define the "startscene"-variable after the startscene has been shown, the home button will always bring your visitors to that new "startscene". That can be done using the "Call actions on tour events"-plugin, setting it to call the "custom KRPano code" (another additional plugin needed for this) after the tour has started, the call would be as follows:
Code: Select all
set(startscene,<panoid-of-your-target-pano>);

Why not just use a panorama menu? You'll be creating a menu with buttons to each of your panoramas...

The panorama group with buttons might work. But I have to put my destination panoramas in one group and only display that.

Once the interactivity is too much the menu gets flooded and is not really usable.
