You can use your Panotour Pro 2 licence with any 2.X version.

The issue seems to be caused by an incompatibility with the graphics driver (since it's from 2016) and the latest version of the software so your best bet here would be to use an older version which was compatible.

Thank you Annis. I will see how 2.5.4 works then.

FWIW, there is one other little observation I can offer. I have no idea if it helps you but why not? Without an operational preview pane I am struggling to guess FOV and YAW adjustments numerically. I noticed that when I delete the FOV number in preparing to type in a different value (e.g. starting with 90.00 then deleting the 9 to get 0.00 and then the 0 to get .00 before making it 70.00 let's say) the black preview screen displays a central grey vertical bar, positioned not unlike the icon in that pane for setting the default view (but grey, not coloured). It goes away and and the pane becomes solid black again when I put numbers back in the box to the left of the decimal point.

Cheers... Dennis

Good News Annis

I stumbled over the FAQ "Multiple GPUs" which led me to discover that PanoTour had not registered with the nVidia Control Panel, and even when I did add it it had chosen to use the integrated Intel graphics and not the nVidia card. Now I have a functioning preview pane! Thanks

Hi Admins:
I don't believe the problem has been solved yet.

Here is my computer spec what has the problem:

Windows 10 64-bit
EVGA GeForce 1060 6GB (Version 397.31 & 4/25/2018)
Panotour Version2.5.11 64bits

but I have another computer which doesn't have the problem:
Windows 10 64-bit
EVGA GeForce 1070 (Version not sure, will update later)
Panotour Version2.5.11 64bits

Hi TimK is there some specificities on your 1060 config?
The NVidia card is used to control the software?
