Can not exit the setting-menu in VR

Hello,

I have the same problem described here (viewtopic.php?f=97&t=33369), but it isn't the dedicated Panotour Viewer, it is if I open the normal VR-page in my cell-phone.

It doesn't seems to matter if I open it with a Android-phone or a iPhone. I just can not exit the settings-menu if I start VR-mode :(

First I tested to switch from 2.5.5 to 2.5.4, but I get the same bug.

I uploaded the file at zechelon.bplaced.net so you can see the data.

First thing to do would be to update to the latest 2.5.5 version.

What plugins are you using?

Okay I talked with the devs, it's an issue in the trial version.

Let me explain:

In your built tour there are several xml files that control different aspects of the tour, index.xml, index_skin.xml, index_core.xml, index_messages_en.xml and their _VR counterparts for VR Mode.

In the trial versions, these xml are encrypted, meaning they can't be edited like in the registered version of PTP.

The issue here is the messages_en.xml, in the trial version like the standard version of Panotour this xml is copied into one of the other xml to be encrypted correctly, however it hasn't been copied into the _VR.xml counterpart (likely because Panotour standard has no VR Mode) which is why the options aren't showing up correctly.

It will be fixed in 2.5.6 (no ETA) but this is only an issue in the trial version because the xml isn't encrypted in the full version.

Thanks for your answer.
I made a second test-panorama with 2.5.5.

I used a empty project with only the VR-Plugin (see screenshots)

Result on my Phone:

In the background, everything seems to work well. The perspective changes with the movement/rotation, but I can't exit the menu... :(

Thanks for the fast answer :)
Maybe the question in the second thread is sloved with this, too...

Is there a possibility that you can send me a propper XML-file for VR-testing?
Watermarks in the grafics will be still there, so it shouldn't be a possibility to exploid the demo-version.

I just want to show some functional demos to a flew customers before I invest 400 bugs in the licence ;)

Added a request in viewtopic.php?f=128&t=34180 if somebody can compile me a test-project without the demo-menu-bug. If somebody with a Pro-Licence is reading this, it would be nice if you can spend me the effort of one mouse-klick on "create" ;)
