Video with alpha channel support, causes software crash

by Peterp » Fri Oct 14, 2016 12:59 pm

Hi,
It seems like .mov clips with alpha channel are not supported in Panotour, right now these clips are causing the program to crash. Is there any way to import transparant clips or will there be in the near future?

thanks.

Transparent .mov files are working formats they are not final formats supported in software other than editing software (like Premiere Pro), or readable in browsers.

However .flv should be supported as long as you have enabled the Flash player and add flash=prefer to the URL, did you submit a crash report with your e-mail?
