Crashing on Build

by bluesman64 » Sun Sep 04, 2016 8:09 am

I have a tour that was looking pretty good - but now is crashing 100% of the time when I try to build the tour. I've been deleting plugins, etc., but have no idea where the problem is - but I have a very anxious client and a terrible time. Any ideas on how to pin this down and get the tour built?

The one major issue I'm having, and I don't know if it is related, is that the tour will not save map coordinates, and the map comes up blank. This is a huge problem for the tour but I don't know if it is contributing to the problem.

Any ideas? Help? Very desperate -

Mark

Which version of Panotour are you using?
If it crashes, have you been prompted to send in crash reports? If so, have you sent them with your e-mail so that I can try to look them up?

I am using the latest - 2.5.4.
I have sent in report after report. Please look for email mhnicholas1@gmail.com and you should see a slew of them over.
Thank you!

Hello,

Can you send us your project file ?
The kpt file only.
Not your pictures or videos.

Maybe it contains, either a plugin or a data, that leads to the crash.

The reports you sent, do not indicate clearly in which part of the build the problem occurs.
Having your kpt file will help us to determine the issue.
