Sound Issue

by ctnbrndn » Thu Apr 14, 2016 3:31 pm

I created a tour with background sound in a couple of the spheres. The tour is of a house and in the bathroom i have an audio play, but after the sounds stops and i click on the spot to go back into the living room, it plays again after entering another sphere. The sound has endless sounds unchecked because i only want it to play once. Any help?

I tried tagging on a Stop all tour sounds on the spot as well as advancing to the new sphere but that still doesn't work. Any help would be great. I am using panotour pro 2.5.

Can you share the url of the tour?

Which version precisely of PTP are you using?

Well it's easier if you have an online tour o that we can look at the xml.

I'll need you to describe your project's setup, where there is sound, (project properties, scene..) sound hotspots, your spot styles and configurations so that I can try to recreate it.

Screenshots would be easier I think.

I have uploaded the tour and here is the link: http://www.johnstonphoto.com/virtualtou ... /Richfield - Brookestone 2 Scott.html

As I said before if you go to the bathroom or the kitchen and let the audio play all the way through and then click to go to a different sphere, the audio plays again.

I don't seem to be able to reproduce the reported problem when viewing your tour using latest Firefox on Windows 7 64-bit OS.

Thank you. I have been working with Safari, and it only happens in safari. Thanks for the help!
