Hello

I just realised that my tour works well on FF, Safari and even IE, but on Chrome i get a black screen with a bunch of errors below
see screenshot below

Any idea how to get this fixed?

As a sidenote, everything was working very well until i updated to 2.5 - kind of very frustrating as this is now the 2nd problem i encountered after the update

I get the same thing in Chrome, even when hitting the preview within PTPro. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I've decided to forget the preview and I just open the build files locally.

Are you viewing online or locally? If it's online can you share the link to the tour?

If it doesn't work when you're hitting "preview" (which only opens the html file in your browser through a webserver) but does when you open the tour from the file directly, it's a cache issue.

Press Ctrl+Shift+R to refresh ignoring the cache, or have a look at Panotour's troubleshooting:

here the link to the tour

user: kolor
pass: kolor2015

as you can see it works on every browser, except on chrome

Check the file permissions of the files in your tour on your server, I get 401 errors for many files, and that is on all browsers, not just Chrome.

its working now on my end, weird that htaccess would cause such trouble as it is just set to the main folder

Oh, I think I know, put the htaccess back in place and try this: viewtopic.php?f=92&t=30001&p=177406&hilit=credentials#p177349 (if this is the issue, it should be fixed in 2.5.1)

Tour works fine right now without the htaccess.

Generate files without encryption, add the tag and then encrypt them (YOURTOUR.xml, YOURTOUR_skin.xml and YOURTOUR_core.xml files and their _vr versions) with the krpano tools manually after the edit edit.
