Galleries don't work anymore

I had a tour built with 2.3 and everything was fine. Now when I open it in 2.5 the gallery function doesn't even work anymore.

I'm on a MAC

I need this fixed ASAP as I have a tradeshow coming up. I trashed 2.3. Can I download that?

Just to clarify.

I built a tour with galleries using 2.3 a while back. Everything worked fine.
I opened the tour in 2.5 and none of the galleries work. I tried re-creating the galleries from scratch, and still nothing.

Additionally, 2.3 crashes all the time now.

I have a meeting soon and I NEED THESE TOURS WORKING!

I had a hotspot set to open a gallery. The hotspot function to open a gallery isn't working.

UPDATE: Galleries work in Safari and FIREFOX but not Chrome.

NOTE: I'm using these offline.

Virtual tours are intended to be viewed online, not offline.
How are you viewing the tours offline? Directly from the HTML File? If so, then the gallery not showing up is normal and it would have been the same behaviour in v2.3, see Panotour's troubleshooting: http://www.kolor.com/wiki-en/action/vie ... irectly.3F

Let me start over.

2.3 - I created a tour with galleries and worked fine offline via opening the HTML files locally in any browser.
2.5 - I opened the SAME tour and all galleries are broken.

The PTV is worthless. I can't open anything with videos and have given up on the whole PTV direction.

Galleries are HTML5 plugins which are powered by javascript. Javascript is blocked when accessed locally by your browser. Some browsers are more permissive than others, but that is how it is.

If you don't open the tour through a local webserver, you won't be able to see the tour correctly.
Use the KrPano testing server, don't bother with PTV.
