when I open our panoramas on samsung android devices I always get some very odd flickering. It happened on multiple Samsung devices in the office. A Galaxy Tab 3 and a Galaxy S5 mini (specs see screenshots attached).
I tried the 2 links on the tablet (with chrome). Noticed the issue is only in landscape format. But I have them both in webgl and css3d. I guess you were hoping for only one of the two to make problems? I'll try the samsung phone of my colleague later.
on the phone the webgl is flipped upside down and there is heavy flickering (with the native browser), the css3d works fine. on chrome the webgl has flickering in landscape but at least is the right way.
I noticed today, that the flickering is also happening when I use the PTViewer and a ptv file on the tablet. Here too, it only happens, when the tablet is in landscape format. If it is held in portrait it's perfectly fine.
I also noticed, that If the Gyro is enabled (compare this topic, it is fucked up in landscape format. It rotates the view by 90° (so the panorama is portrait, but my tablet is landscape) which leads to an misinterpretation of the gyro axis. When I turn the tablet horizontally, the tour turns vertically and vice versa. The turning only happens if the roll-axis is enabled! If the roll axis is disabled, the gyro works. The flickering however does happen anyway.
Since both of the issues (flickering and gyro) are happening only in landscape format I'm assuming there is some interpretation / translation error of values.
If I should test any further or you need more information just drop me a message.
