Suddenly I have the following errors

ERROR: soundinterface - loading of "http://localhost:31415/Final%20readydata/sounds/animation_weakup.mp3" failed
ERROR: soundinterface - loading of "http://localhost:31415/Final%20readydata/sounds/sea.mp3" failed


Any help?

Are the files present at those locations?

At what bit rate are the MP3 files recorded?

You might have a hardware issue.. Does your sound card work without issues with other apps...

All files are present
I don't have other issues with the sound. Any ideas how to recheck it?

Shall I install the mavericks again without format would that fix the problems?

I install the Mavericks but nothing change
the same problem is still there

I cannot install fresh version I need so much time to install all my programs so if anyone can help it will be great

Have you tried to open panotour empty. Then go to Edit/Preferences. Then change the temp folder to an other that you've just created ?

To restore PTP on default state yes. In fact each plist is used for a sofware version.
If not needed you can uninstall 2.0 and 2.1 versions.
Each major revision as it's own installer.

So this is scary now

I delete the plist files change the temporary files

I just discover that evan when I push the tab to add a sound file (without actually add it) if next I try to select another panorama the program crashes

Actually when I click the tabs to select the music or the image see screenshot even if I dont select any file and try to select another panorama it crashes

The same happens with other tab Nadir image for example?

Any suggestions?

With tour we can't check the crashing problem. It's more linked to the kpt files, do you have sent crash reports with comments ?

I already sent houndrents and yes also many of them have comments
No reply whatsoever from anyone
I dont know how is that working

Ok perfect i can't manage them because I've not all the debug tools on my computer but we'll be able to see stacktrace of the software on your computer. Thanks for the comments into Crash reports it helps !

Yes i can check some other things But not the internal crashing problems of the software.
Send me in private message the email used to report crashes I'll have a look on them.
