Splash Screen

by FunkyPunky » Wed May 14, 2014 12:15 pm

Hi,
just tried PTP 2.1 test version on a mac, output local on my computer.
If i set up a splash screen the defined image is not showen in the tour, but all menus and controls are hidden. If i click in the browserwindow all menus and contols are visible.
If i enable the overlay, the overlay is visible and the image is still hidden.
If i enable "automaticly close after ... seconds" the image is visible.

may be a bug...?

Regards

Are you using the View last built tour... button in PTP 2.x to view the tour offline?

Which browser are you using and on which OS?

The behaviour you reported is confirmed with PTP 2.1 on my Windows 7 pro 64-bit system, viewing with Firefox 29.0.1.

The 'solution'/workaround would seem to be to have the splash screen automatically close after a long time interval; clicking on the Splash screen will close it before the time set too.

The issue n°3475 is opened on this splashscreen bug.
It will be fixed in next Panotour release.
