Website and Web Video box problem.

by Daniel_Holton » Wed Mar 26, 2014 6:47 pm

I am trying to update a tour built with older version of PTP 2.0. Button actions (hotspots, simple buttons and control bar buttons) are not working now.

I've tried:
1. Deleting all files via manage build files.
2. Deleting and replacing Web and Video Box Plugins (and replacing URL's that were lost).
3. Deleting and replacing Spots.

Is there anyway to salvage this tour without having to start from scratch?

Old tour: http://vr.trustedphoto.com/BAC/virtualshowroom.html

New Tour: http://vr.trustedphoto.com/BAC_VS/virtualshowroom.html

Did you try Building the tour into a new folder?

You could try removing and replacing all plugins and then buold again to another new folder.

How old a version did you use originally to create this tour?

I believe I started this tour with A16 release.

I tried deleting affected plugins but that didn't help. Would deleting ALL plugins help?

Removing and replacing all plugins used in the tour may help because many plugins were changed during development.

A-16 is many versions back.

I just figured it out. I was using an old .html template that was causing the problem. Thanks for your quick attention today!

Yes old html template (alpha versions) are not usable with final (2.0 and more) version.
