Hi Benjamin, just want to let you know that the final release has ironed all the glitches with image orientation the on Nokia lumina 520 in mobile mode and all other platforms too - top job, thanks to you and your team for developing such a great piece of software. Keep up the good work.

Cheers,

Hi,

This is my first post here. I had no problem earlier, but now with the final version the hot spots are not working any more with my Nokia 1020 windows phone. I can only see the first panorama and it works fine. With PC it works just fine.

Hi I report the problem : "hot spots are not working any more with my Nokia 1020 windows phone". Thanks for report.
Seems linked to the panorama player and windows phone OS compatibility.

Does it work if you disable multi-resolution on the Build screen ?
Which is your browser on Windows Phone ? Which version ?

The phone os is the Lumia Black version 8.0.10517.150. The hot spots worked on tours generated before the last Ptp 2.0 update. The problem earlier was that my own icons were replaced with the default Ptp icons when browsed on mobile phone, however they worked, but with wrong icons. With PC they worked fine.

I'll test the multiresolution thing later today.

E: Deactivating multiresolution didn't help at all.

I don't know what I did, but now I see the hot spots in my Windows Phone as well. It seems the results are dependent on which UI tab the user is when generating the tour.

Also I did find the maps somewhat useless in windows phone, but they're working fine with PC. Any change configuring mobile version differently than workstation version.
