This experience has been replicated across several tours:

Tool Tips are assigned for display off of two hot spots -- one using the default hot spot ("asterisk"), linked to another panorama, and another the classic disc info icon, linked to an url.

The tool tip assigned to the classic disc does not display on mouse over.

Has any one else experienced this or have a suggestion for a work around so that the tool tip that does not display - will ?

Thanks,

Michael

Hi

The tool tip can be viewed in either HTML5 or SWF..

When you view your Tour using the green > key, you get to see the Flash tooltip version unless you only build your Tour using HTML5.. You will also get to see the Flash tool tip off line if you just open the html file. However, you can view HTML5 version if you add the suffix to your url
?html5=prefer. The tool tip visually using html5 is different to that of Flash..

Destiny..

I was not able to replicate your problem - PTP 2.0 beta 5 64-bit on Windows 8.1 - here are my settings and the result when viewing locally with Firefox 25 via the View last built tour... button:

I followed the advice of a Kolor veteran to delete and re-create the hotspots which do not display their tool tips upon mouse over - to no avail.

The tool tips for the hotspots -- that are trained to open a web site -- do not appear.
Other tool tips in the pano, which link to panos, display tool tips.

Please let me know additional information that could help you advise me on resolving this issue.

Thanks,

Michael

Is this tour online?

If so, may we view it?

Hello Mediavets, and co.,

I would be obliged if you did:

http://www.sandboxsuites.com/tours/sili ... alley.html

Navigate to the first pano immediately inside the space past the lobby.

The offending panoramas (whose tool tips do not display) are on two doors across the space -- the same graphic, resembling a time piece and a calendar page. The graphic links to a reservation page. The tool tip input, but not displayed is: "Book Me Now."

Best regards,

Michael

After verification it seems that the problem happens on 3 spots where the style are : IconMediumConferenceRoom(SiliconValley) and IconBookaTour/FreeTrial(SiliconValley)1
So the issue is probably linked to "(" , ")" and "/" chars.

I add a report and you probably can solve this with the remove of the "(" , ")" and "/" on the spot style name.
